Smriti Kodandapani joined First Eagle in October 2018 as senior counsel on the Legal and Compliance Team. Previously, in the Private Investment Funds group at the law firm Proskauer Rose LLP, she focused on legal and compliance matters relating to hedge funds, hybrid funds, and funds of funds. Prior to Proskauer, she was in the Investment Management group of Bingham McCutchen LLP. Smriti received her BS in foreign service in science, technology, and international affairs from Georgetown University and her JD from The George Washington Law School.
