Jennifer Jordan

Jennifer Jordan has a diverse work experience in the financial and insurance industries. Jennifer started their career in 2012 at First Entertainment Credit Union, where they held various roles. Jennifer began as the Director of Legal Affairs and later became the Director of Risk Management & Legal Affairs. In 2018, they were promoted to VP Risk Management/General Counsel and eventually became the SVP/Chief Risk Officer/General Counsel in 2023.

Alongside their work at First Entertainment Credit Union, Jennifer also served as the President of Media Benefits Insurance Services, a subsidiary of the credit union. In this role, they provided property and casualty insurance products to the credit union members and their families. Jennifer'stenure at Media Benefits Insurance Services lasted from 2013 to 2019.

Jennifer Jordan has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Sociology from UC Irvine. Jennifer also has a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Howard University School of Law. Additionally, they attended Western CUNA Management School from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Credit Union Management.
