Jonathan Partridge

Jonathan Partridge is currently the Chief Information Officer at First Entertainment Credit Union since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the EVP & Chief Technology Officer at Viewpointe from April 2019 to August 2022. Jonathan also served as the Director of Strategy & Emerging Technology at PwC from May 2018 to April 2019. Before PwC, they worked at SunTrust as the FVP of Enterprise Growth Initiatives from January 2016 to May 2018. From May 2010 to December 2015, they held the role of Director of Strategy & Technology at Open Solutions (now part of Fiserv). Prior to that, they were the Sr. Manager of Business Process Management at Guardian Life from June 2008 to May 2010. Jonathan also has experience as the Owner & President of J.P.E. Consulting, LLC from October 2003 to June 2008, where they provided strategy & technology consulting services. Their career in credit unions and fintech started in June 1997 and spanned until October 2003, where they held various leadership roles.

Jonathan Partridge has a diverse education history. Jonathan holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree from Savannah College of Art and Design. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Purdue University. At Purdue University, they also earned two Associate of Science (AS) degrees, one in Organizational Leadership and the other in Design.

In addition to their academic degrees, Jonathan has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017, the Scrum Master Certification from Open Solutions (now part of Fiserv) in 2011, and the Six Sigma Master Black Belt (SSMBB) certification from Aveta Business Institute in 2009. Jonathan also holds certifications in Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBB), Six Sigma Lean & DFSS, Credit Union Accounting, Consumer Lending, Member Services, and Project Management.
