Arthur J. Clarke, Esq. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of environmental law and regulatory affairs. Starting in 1982 as an Environmental Chemist at NUS Corporation, they progressed to become a Project Scientist at Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. in 1985. In 1990, they joined Hannoch Weisman, PC as an Attorney before moving on to Foster Wheeler Environmental Corporation in 1994, where they served as the Manager of Regulatory Affairs. Following their tenure at Foster Wheeler, they worked as an Attorney at Gibbons, Del Deo, Dolan, Griffinger & Vecchione. In 2005, they joined Herold Law, P.A. as Counsel, specializing in environmental regulatory matters and litigation. Currently, they serve as the Market Area Director of Regulatory and Litigation Support Services at First Environment, where they also lead the climate change adaptation risk assessment group. In addition to their legal career, they have held leadership positions in various environmental commissions and committees.

Arthur J. Clarke, Esq. obtained their law degree (JD) in the field of law from Seton Hall University School of Law, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree (BA) in Chemistry at Binghamton University, from 1978 to 1982. Arthur J.'ssecondary education includes attending North Shore High School from 1974 to 1978, where they earned their Regents diploma in General studies.
