Guy Staska

Guy Staska has several years of experience in human resources. Guy started their career as the Vice President of Human Resources at Sand Ridge Bank in 1989, where they were responsible for developing and administering HR policies and programs. Guy then worked as the Human Resources Manager at Avatar Corporation, where they developed the HR function for the company by writing policies and procedures, selecting new payroll provider, and initiating a supervisory training program. In 2007, they joined Horizon Bank NA as the Vice President of Human Resources, supervising one HR professional and the Training Department personnel. Guy managed all aspects of HR, including benefits, recruitment, employee relations, compensation administration, payroll, and affirmative action. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at First Farmers Bank & Trust, where they continue to oversee HR functions.

Guy Staska attended Luther South High School from 1977 to 1980. Guy then went on to Valparaiso University from 1981 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
