Dustin Smith

Dustin began his banking career in 2006 after graduating from Southern Illinois University. In 2007 Dustin started working for First Financial Bank as a Commercial and Agricultural Lender in Pontiac, Illinois. Currently Dustin is the Vice President and Senior Commercial & Agricultural Lender serving clients in the Pontiac & Bloomington, Illinois areas. Dustin believes in developing and cultivating long-term customer relationships and building a financial plan that fits his client’s needs. Dustin is active in the local 4-H program, FFA and GLCEDC. Dustin is married and has one son who competitively races his horses nationally. When Dustin and his family have free time they enjoy snowmobiling, riding side by sides, and horseback riding.
