The leadership team at First Financial Bank has a long history of experience in the banking and finance industry. Many of the team members have worked for large banks such as JPMorgan Chase & Co. and PNC. Others have experience in accounting and auditing with firms such as Arthur Andersen and Deloitte. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from Miami University, Indiana University Bloomington, and the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
