At First Focus, our Lead Nurturing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing multi-channel lead nurturing campaigns that support our Marketing and Sales goals.

This role involves closely working with our marketing and sales teams to develop automated strategies, utilising HubSpot and other channels such as email, paid ads, social media etc., to engage leads at various stages of the marketing and sales funnel and ultimately converting leads into loyal customers.

Duties

The role consists of some or all of the following activities:

  • Develop and implement effective multi-channel lead nurturing strategies to move leads through the marketing & sales funnel.
  • Manage and maintain the integrity of data within HubSpot, including data imports, database de-duplication, and cleanup.
  • Customize and manage dashboards and reports in HubSpot to track lead nurturing, marketing, and sales performance metrics.
  • Manage segmentation of the lead database in HubSpot and tailor nurturing campaigns to various audience segments.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead nurturing strategies, adjusting tactics based on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment of messaging and materials used in nurturing campaigns.
  • Optimize lead scoring and grading models to improve the qualification and prioritization of leads.
