Randy Dersham

Randy Dersham has a diverse and extensive work experience in the gaming and interactive entertainment industry. Randy is currently the Head of Growth at First Foundry, a research incubator and software development studio. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the COO of Poker Games Interactive, a game creation and licensing company. Randy also owned their own venture, Dersham Ventures, and held the role of SVP General Manager at Kizzang Sweepstakes. Randy has held various executive positions at renowned companies such as Zynga, Disney Interactive Studios, InstantAction, Acclaim Entertainment, Electronic Arts (EA), and Sierra Entertainment.
