Barbara Valona has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Barbara has held positions in companies such as First Hawaiian Bank, Sodexo, Macy's Inc, Washington Mutual Home Loans, and Sprint PCS. Barbara'sroles have included Vice President & Bank Card Operations Manager, Assistant Vice President & Bank Card Center Operations Manager, Retail Training Manager, Call Center Supervisor, Food Service Manager, Retail Operations and Catering Manager, General Manager and Executive Chef, Training and Development Supervisor, Training Specialist, and Educational Consultant II. Throughout their career, Barbara has demonstrated strong leadership skills, managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and implementing best practices in their respective fields.

Barbara Valona attended Orange Coast College from 1991 to 1994, where they studied Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. In terms of additional certifications, Barbara obtained the Serve Safe certification in 2012 and is currently pursuing the "Finding Your Leadership Purpose with Doug Conant" certification through LinkedIn, with an expected completion in 2023.
