Director Of Customer Success at First Insight

Anna Fynn has over ten years of experience in the retail and art industries. From 2010 to 2016, they held various roles in four different companies. In 2010, they worked as a Private Collection Manager for a Private Art Collector. In 2011, they became a Workshop Assistant & Visual Merchandiser for Art 4 Fun Ceramics Workshop. From 2013 to 2016, they worked for Blend SA as a Buyer & Warehouse Operations Manager. During their time with Blend SA, they also worked for First Insight, Inc. as a Key Account Director, Customer Success Manager (Marks and Spencer), and Senior Customer Success Manager. Additionally, they worked as a Category Lead (Marks and Spencer) for First Insight, Inc. In these roles, they increased the profile and usage of software, managed a portfolio of Enterprise customers, and maintained stock levels throughout the sales cycles. Anna also had experience with pre-sales and implementation work, mentoring and training, and managing loan requests and conditions for art galleries and museums.

Anna Fynn obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art from the City & Guilds of London Art School between 2008 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended the International School of Luxembourg. In December 2021, Anna Fynn received a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from PeopleCert.
