Rachel Salter has over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry. Rachel currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Relationship Manager at FIRST Insurance Funding, where they oversee the relationship management in the LAa:/MS area. Prior to this, Rachel worked as a Vice President, Relationship Manager at the same company.

Before joining FIRST Insurance Funding, Rachel was the Regional Practice Leader- Personal Practice Leadership Team at Burns & Wilcox from 2018 to 2022.
