Pavla Jirouskova

Pavla Jirouskova is the current head of HR and recruitment for First Line Software Inc. Pavla has previously worked as an HR for Etnetera, a centre of excellence in Prague, and as a personnel consultant and recruiter for Kariéra s.r.o. Pavla has also interned for Literární noviny.

Pavla is responsible for the onboarding and offboarding process, labor and legal administration, and communication across the company. Pavla also assists with the recruitment process, manages an extensive benefit system, and organizes corporate events.

Pavla has a long history of working in HR and recruitment, which has given their a wealth of experience in the field. Pavla is a dedicated professional who is committed to their work and always puts the needs of their company first.
