Andy Kay

Andy Kay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2014, they interned at the Virginia Film Office and later served as a production assistant at Lionheart Filmworks LLC. In 2015, they worked as a brand manager at New York Deli, where they also performed various tasks such as cooking, serving, and hosting. Andy also worked as a freelance illustrator and layout artist at Illuminetic, LLC., where they were responsible for designing and illustrating a card game. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at the Ciesla Foundation as an animator, graphics designer, and web designer. In 2016, they briefly worked as staff at Animation Block Party. In 2017, they joined 2020 Hiieffect as an animator and then moved to Zooshine, where they served as the director of animation. Since 2018, they have been a professional freelancer and most recently worked as an editor and motion graphics animator at First Media US from March 2022.

Andy Kay attended Virginia Commonwealth University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. In May 2018, they obtained a Toon Boom Harmony 15 Premium Professional Certification from Toon Boom Animation.
