Amber Baurley

Amber Baurley has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Amber started their career as a Research Assistant at Boston University from March 2014 to June 2016. Amber then worked at Textron Systems as a Test Engineer 1 from July 2017 to January 2019, and as a Test Engineer 2 from January 2019 to July 2019. Amber Baurley then joined First Mode as a Systems Engineer - Integration and Test Lead in July 2019, and was later promoted to Senior Manager, Digital Manufacturing from January 2022 to October 2023. Amber is currently working at First Mode as a Principal Advanced Manufacturing Engineer from October 2023 onwards.

Amber Baurley holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Boston University. Amber has also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Villanova University.
