Rachel Price

Rachel Price is a Senior Modeling and Simulation Engineer at First Mode since April 2022, focusing on the engineering, design, and sales of low-emission haulage solutions for the mining industry through Python simulation. Previously, Rachel served as a Modeling and Simulation Engineer and Aerospace Engineer at BLUE ORIGIN from November 2016 to February 2022, contributing to aerothermal modeling for the New Glenn rocket. Rachel's early career includes a New Graduate Rotation Engineer role at BLUE ORIGIN, an Engineering Intern position at Boeing, and a Research Assistant role at NASA Glenn Research Center, where modeling of astronaut physiological responses was conducted. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Occidental College. Rachel also completed the Summer Institute of General Management at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
