Nancy Dixon

Nancy Dixon has held various senior leadership roles in the financial industry. Nancy served as the SVP and Director of Special Projects Optimization at First Mutual Holding Co. from August 2019 to March 2021 before transitioning to the role of SVP and Director of Enterprise Learning & Development in April 2021. Prior to that, they were the SVP Digital Innovations Officer at First Federal Lakewood from January 2017 to December 2019.

Nancy Dixon completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing at Marshall University from 1980 to 1982. Prior to that, they studied Marketing at the University of Charleston from 1977 to 1980. Later, from 1998 to 2000, Nancy earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Albertus Magnus College. In 2022, they obtained a Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
