Damen Abbott

Damen Abbott has had a diverse range of work experiences. Starting in 2009, they worked as a Print Supervisor at OfficeMax, managing a team and handling custom print orders. In 2014, they transitioned to Bellevue University as a Programming Analyst, where they maintained and developed interactive learning tools. Damen then joined Physicians Mutual in 2015 as a Senior Software Engineer, where they focused on developing and maintaining customer-facing websites based on provided documentation sheets. At Physicians Mutual, they also guided the business on UX flow and maintained accessibility standards. Most recently, Damen worked at FNBO as a Senior Software Engineer and progressed to the role of Lead Software Engineer in 2023.

Damen Abbott attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Imaging.
