Bob Lingenfelter

Bob Lingenfelter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bob began their career in 1988 at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Inc. as an Institutional Financial Futures/Financial Analyst. This was followed by positions at Sabin Metal Corporation as the Director of Sales and Operations, Link Group as a Co-Owner, and Gerald Metals as a Precious Metals Trader.

In 2000, Bob joined Republic Mortgage Insurance Company where they held various roles including Sr. Managing Director, Group Manager Policy Servicing. Bob managed all mortgage insurance servicing processes and implemented compliance and Sarbanes-Oxley procedures. Bob also served as a Corporate Development Manager, establishing relationships with sister companies and providing consulting services.

In 2004, Bob became the VP, Registered Principal, Chief Compliance Officer at Republic Mortgage Insurance Company, where they established and managed a start-up broker dealer and oversaw M&A activities. In 2008, they took on the role of Acting Executive VP, leading the operations of a second lien mortgage collection agency.

Bob later joined F.N.B. Corporation in 2016, initially as a Mortgage Compliance Officer and later promoted to VP, Manager Compliance and Quality Control. In this role, they lead the mortgage compliance department, ensuring regulatory compliance and implementing federal and state requirements.

Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated expertise in compliance, risk management, strategic planning, and operations.

Bob Lingenfelter earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Lehigh University College of Business. Bob further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Additionally, they attended Lehigh University, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. The field of study for this degree is not specified.
