Charlie Casalnova

Charlie Casalnova has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Charlie began their career in the U.S. Army, serving as a Captain in the Judge Advocate's General Corps from 1987 to 1990. After leaving the military, they joined Kincaid, McGrath & O'Keefe as an Associate for four years before moving on to Grenen & Birsic, where they worked as an Associate for three years. In 1998, they joined F.N.B. Corporation as Corporate Counsel, and later became Executive Vice President, overseeing various business units such as Human Resources, Real Estate & Facilities, Physical Security, and Corporate Emergency Management & Business Continuity. Charlie has dealt with legal and business aspects of Human Resources, managed real estate matters, and played a significant role in recent company acquisitions and development projects.

Charlie Casalnova attended Dickinson College from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Economics. Following this, they pursued their legal education at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law from 1983 to 1986, earning their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
