Ngozi Maduka

Ngozi Maduka serves as the Senior Vice President and Director of Information Technology Business Solutions at F.N.B. Corporation, responsible for overseeing business applications and data analytics solutions within Wholesale Banking and the Credit Function. With a robust background at USAA spanning nearly 17 years, Maduka led the competitive intelligence and analytics team, directing strategic initiatives for property and casualty product lines, and managed the applications and support teams for rate management. Previous experience includes technical leadership roles at Wachovia, where Maduka contributed to business application development and process automation. Maduka holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Sciences from St. Mary's University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from Abia State University.
