Sonya Paul

Sonya Paul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advancement and communications, currently serving as Vice President of Advancement and Communications at First Peoples Fund since February 2020. Prior to this role, Sonya held several positions at UCLA Graduate Division, including Director of Operations & External Relations, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, special events, development communications, and staff engagement. Additional experience includes consulting for various organizations such as the Ford Foundation and Native American Rights Fund, as well as early roles in executive assistance and event production. Sonya holds a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder.
