Jimbooh Como serves as the Indirect Sourcing Lead at First Philec, Inc. since November 2016, focusing on supplier performance evaluation, cost negotiation, and risk mitigation in the supply chain. Prior roles include Data Analyst, Safety Officer, Strategic Sourcing Specialist, and Plant Sustainability Coordinator, where Jimbooh led sustainability initiatives and data analysis related to energy utilization and greenhouse gas emissions. Experience also encompasses HR functions, such as Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement, as well as Corporate Social Responsibility project management. Jimbooh started as a Production Engineer, overseeing manpower and process improvements, and gained initial experience as an On-The-Job Trainee at Korea Electric Power Corporation. Jimbooh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Batangas.
