Cristina Amor Guda has a diverse range of work experience, spanning over various positions and industries. Cristina Amor currently holds the role of Chairman of the Board at the Association of FPIP Locators Inc - Human Resources (AFLI - HR) since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as Assistant Vice President - Human Resources at First Philippine Industrial Park, Inc. starting in May 2023.

In the past, they worked for Atlantic, Gulf & Pacific Company (AG&P) in different high-level roles, including Assistant Vice President - Social Performance and Stakeholder Management (July 2022 - May 2023), Assistant Vice President - Compliance and Head - Regulatory Affairs (January 2021 - June 2022), Assistant Vice President - Organization Development and Change Management (February 2020 - December 2021), Senior Manager - Human Resources (March 2018 - January 2020), and Human Resources Operations Manager/HR Business Partner (September 2014 - February 2018).

Before their tenure at AG&P, Cristina held positions at Lafarge, Lafarge Cement, and University of Batangas. These roles involved responsibilities such as Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, and Organization Development.

Cristina Amor also gained administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at AT&T and worked as a College Guidance Counselor at the University of Batangas. Furthermore, they served as a Graduate School Professor at the University of Batangas for a brief period.

Cristina Amor Guda started their education at Saint Bridget College - Batangas City from 1986 to 1993, where they completed their Elementary and High School education. Cristina Amor then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas from 1993 to 1997. Continuing their academic journey, they attended the University of Batangas from 1999 to 2002, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a field of study in Human Resources Management and Services. Lastly, Cristina completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas, graduating from the program between 2000 and 2003.
