Josephine Byrnes is an Evaluation and Learning Research Fellow at First Place for Youth, where responsibilities include designing user-friendly interfaces and supporting non-profit evaluation projects. Previous experience includes work as a UX Designer for Little Green A Plant Bar, focusing on website redesign and user experience enhancements, as well as serving as a receptionist at The Forum at Rancho San Antonio, where administrative and clerical duties were performed. Josephine also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Boomerang Bike, providing support to the CEO and assisting with app development and customer support. As co-director and story artist for the thesis short film "Gamut" at San Jose State University, Josephine led a team of animation students and contributed to the project's success in multiple film festivals. Education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation from San Jose State University and ongoing studies at Designlab.
