Regan Kimes, CAPS, has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as a Roving Property Manager at First Pointe Management Group since June 2017. Previously, Regan held the title of Director of the Commercial and Multi-Family Division at Lori Gill & Associates/Windermere Property Management, where responsibilities included developing management platforms and enhancing operational procedures. Regan also served as Senior Manager at Pillar Properties, overseeing six communities and over 1,250 units in Seattle, and successfully managed the leasing of five newly constructed buildings. Other roles include Business Manager at Pinnacle, where project management responsibilities included a $3 million rehab of a 124-unit property, and Business Manager at Holland Partner Group, overseeing a 292-unit high-end community. Regan began a career in real estate as a Broker at Windermere Real Estate, representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family homes in King and Snohomish Counties.
