Abhishek Upadhayay

Abhishek Upadhayay has held various roles throughout their work experience. Abhishek started their career in 2005 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager at First Policy Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. Abhishek later worked as an Underwriting Manager at HDFC Chubb General Insurance Company Limited, followed by Manager roles at Royal Sundaram General Insurance Co. Limited and L&T General Insurance Company Limited. From 2013 to 2016, they served as the Manager of Risk Management Solutions at RSA Middle East. Abhishek then joined AXA Gulf, where they worked as a Senior Risk Consulting Manager and a Senior Underwriting Manager. Abhishek also held roles at Siaci Saint Honore Middle East and iRISQ Management Solutions FZ LLC as a Chief Technical Officer and Co-Founder and Managing Partner, respectively. Most recently, they worked as a Business Consultant at TejRe Insuretech Private Limited before becoming the Chief Technical Officer at First Policy Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. in 2023.

Abhishek Upadhayay completed their Master of Business Laws (M.B.L.) in Business Law from the National Law School of India University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli from 1998 to 2002.
