Ben Kerrison

Ben joined Fprop in 2022 as the Group’s first Sustainability Manager working with the property & fund management teams to deliver value from further embedding sustainability and ESG within the Group’s operations.

Ben joined the Company from Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) where he was the Net Zero Carbon technical lead within JLL Upstream Sustainability Services. He brings with him a depth of experience embedding and delivering sustainability projects in real estate and infrastructure projects including positions at Bureau Veritas, where he was embedded in Barclays’ Corporate Real Estate Solutions Environment Team, and as the Sustainability Specialist for EDF Energy Nuclear New Build.

Ben has a Master’s Degree in Environmental Technology from Imperial College London, an Undergraduate Degree in Geography & Geology from the University of Manchester and is a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management & Assessment (PIEMA).
