Holly Brindley

Holly Brindley has extensive experience in recruitment and team development, currently serving as the Senior Recruitment and Further Education/Apprenticeship Lead at First Response Finance since September 2014. Holly successfully manages the Early Careers Programmes, focusing on bringing in new talent and upskilling existing staff, particularly in technology sectors. Previous roles at First Response include Recruitment Coordinator, Internal Auditor, and Customer Experience Advisor, where responsibilities ranged from coordinating recruitment activities to ensuring compliance in internal audits. Prior to First Response, Holly worked at Santander UK as a Service and Controls Manager, where compliance and customer service excellence were key focuses, and also served as a Cashier, enhancing customer relationships. Holly completed education at Rushcliffe Sixth Form and Farnborough School Technology College.
