Tony A. Schoen, CPA began their career as a Manager at Monroe Shine & Co., Inc. in 2001, where they audited financial statements and prepared tax return filings until 2007. In 2007, they joined First Savings Bank, Indiana as the Director, EVP, and Chief Financial Officer. During their time at First Savings, they played a key role in transforming the organization into a high-performing commercial bank, overseeing numerous strategic initiatives such as mutual to stock conversion, acquisitions, and nationwide lending platform integration.
Tony A. Schoen, CPA, began their education at St. John's Lutheran Elementary. Tony A. then attended South Central Jr & Sr High School from 1991 to 1995. Tony A. later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Indiana University Southeast from 1997 to 2002. In 2004, they received their Certified Public Accountant certification from the State Board of Accountancy.
