Brad Woleslagel

Brad Woleslagel, MBA, has a diverse work experience in strategic sourcing and materials management. Brad has worked at First Solar since 2011, starting as a Global Planner before progressing to various management roles in global sourcing. In their current position as the Head of Global Strategic Sourcing, Brad oversees the sourcing responsibilities for First Solar's manufacturing facilities in the USA, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India, with a combined annual spend of over $800M in direct materials. Prior to this, Brad held roles such as Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, Global Commodity Manager, and Strategic Sourcing Analyst at First Solar. Before joining First Solar, Brad briefly worked in materials management at Crown Battery in 2010.

Brad Woleslagel, MBA, holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Tiffin University, which they obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Economics from Bowling Green State University between 2009 and 2012. In 2011, they briefly attended Audencia to study International Business, although a specific degree was not specified.
