Erin Crowder

Erin Crowder has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Erin began their career in 1997 as an English teacher at Southwest China Normal University. Erin then worked as an English teacher at Berlitz Language School from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined First State Bank and Trust, where they held multiple positions. Erin started as a Vice President and later became a Senior Vice President. In their current role, they are responsible for compliance and risk management, overseeing BSA and compliance training for bank staff.

Erin Crowder obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the College of Saint Benedict, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in 20th Century English Literature at the University of Sussex from 1999 to 2000.
