Shalana Shreffler

A native of Naples, Florida, Shalana graduated from Barron Collier High School and went on to attend Southern State Community College. Shalana joined the First State Bank team in 2008 as a Customer Service Representative in Mt. Orab. In 2010, she was transferred to the Winchester location and two years later she was promoted to Office Manager. In 2014, she was named Executive Assistant to CEO Mike Pell and CFO David Richey. In 2015, she was appointed to serve the Board of Directors and shareholders in an administrative capacity. In 2017, she was named the Human Resources Manager. Shalana is a 2016 graduate of the Leadership Adams program and 2018 graduate of the Ohio Banker’s League Bank Leadership Institute. Shalana was appointed Secretary of First State Bank by the Board of Directors in March 2019. In April 2019, Shalana graduated the Graduate School of Banking Human Resources. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, husband, and her dogs, and spending as much time as possible outside in the summertime.
