Bel Morris

Change Lead For Investments at Aware Super

Bel Morris has extensive experience in change management, communications, and leadership roles. With a background in the financial sector, they have held positions at Aware Super, Cbus Super Fund, and QSuper Group, where they managed organizational development, talent management, and strategic change initiatives. Prior to this, they worked in change management roles at the Department of Transport and Main Roads, Brisbane City Council, and QR, where they focused on communication and change activities for various projects and acquisitions. Bel is currently a Queensland Committee Member at Women in Super.

Bel Morris has a Bachelor of Business in PR and Marketing from QUT, obtained in 2007. Later, in 2011, they completed an Accredited Change Management Practitioner program at Yellowhouse. In 2013, they became a Certified ADKAR Prosci Change Management Practitioner through Being Human. Bel also holds a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School achieved in 2011. In 2014, they obtained a Team Architect Certification in the T7 Model of Team Effectiveness from Korn/Ferry Institute. Bel has also completed various workshops and certifications in Visual Facilitation, Storytelling, and Post-retirement planning.
