Franchesca Genty

Franchesca Genty is an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistant with a background in pediatric therapy, currently employed at First Steps Pediatric Therapy Specialists since February 2021. Previous experience includes assisting at Soundly Speaking Therapy Services, PLLC, and working as a Residential Specialist at Balfour Beatty Communities. Franchesca has also contributed to child development initiatives through the Play With Me Program at The University of Texas at Dallas, observed speech pathology cases at Master Clinician Network, and enhanced customer experiences as a Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty. Franchesca held leadership roles in Delta Delta Delta Sorority, managing recruitment and social events, and has a foundational background in childcare from Mary Queen Catholic Church.
