Jim P.

Jim P. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jim started their career as the Manager of Planning & Allocation at Polo Ralph Lauren, where they developed and implemented a Merchandise Planning application. Jim then joined Aura Science as the Manager of Systems & Process Integration, leading a team of consultants and overseeing various systems and processes. Jim later joined L Brands as the Sr. Manager of Master Data Support, where they orchestrated a migration to SAP Master Data and established data governance standards. Jim also held roles as the Director of MP&A Technology and the Director of Data Services at L Brands. Jim then worked at Safelite AutoGlass/Belron as the AVP of Head of Data Management before moving to Belron® International as the Global Head of Data Platforms and Data Engineering, where they led the design and deployment of cloud data platforms. Currently, Jim is working as an Adjunct Instructor at Columbus State Community College and as a Yoga Teacher at GoYoga.

Jim P. obtained a Master of Science degree in Information Systems with a concentration in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Studies from Syracuse University, which they pursued from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, Jim holds additional certifications, including a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and a 1st Degree Black Belt in Hapkido from Taekwondo & Hapkido Martial Arts, obtained in 2009, as well as a 100 Yoga TTC from GoYoga, which they are expected to obtain in 2023.
