Rachel Kern

Rachel Kern has a diverse work experience, spanning various roles and industries. Rachel began their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Healthcare Growth Partners in 2011 and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined First Trust Capital Partners as an Associate and later became the Vice President in 2020. In addition to these roles, Rachel served as a Board Member for TinkRworks LLC, ReferralPoint LLC, Sonara Health, SendaRide, and Karoo Health, starting from 2021 to the present. Rachel also held the position of Board Observer at Wellvana Health from 2020 to 2023 and was a Board Member at Vynca from 2019 to 2021.

Rachel Kern holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History (International Relations and Economics) from The University of Dallas. Rachel also obtained certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 63 and Series 79 in 2012.
