Gretchen Weiss

Gretchen Weiss has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gretchen began their career as a Staff Member and later became a Summer Camp Director at the Winfield Park District from 2004 to 2006. In 2007, they worked as a Summer Intern at First Trust, where they gained experience in marketing, communications, research, and project management. This was followed by a role as a Marketing Manager at The Bank Restaurant from 2009 to 2010, where they focused on relationship management and marketing strategies. Since 2010, Gretchen has been with First Trust, initially working as a Compliance Associate, then as a Human Resources Associate, and currently, as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources.

Gretchen Weiss completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences from the University of Iowa, graduating in 2009. Prior to that, they attended Wheaton North High School from 2001 to 2005. In 2016, Gretchen obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
