Palvinder Chahall

Palvinder Chahall is an experienced professional currently serving as the Sustainability Manager at Allied Irish Bank (GB) since October 2018 and as the Process Optimisation Manager at First Utility since January 2017. Prior experience includes a role as the Design & Delivery Change Manager at the Royal Bank of Scotland from September 2009 to December 2016, where McKinsey training was utilized to spearhead end-to-end transformational change employing Lean methodology, improving customer experience and addressing process issues. Additionally, as a Lean Consultant, Palvinder focused on designing and implementing capacity-creating initiatives within the retail branch network while enhancing colleague capabilities through observation, feedback, and coaching.
