Barinder Sidhu

Barinder Sidhu began working as an Associate at Fasken in November 2011 before transitioning to the role of Senior Legal Counsel at the British Columbia Securities Commission in January 2015. In November 2018, Barinder joined First West Credit Union as a Legal Counsel, later advancing to Director in December 2019. Currently, Barinder serves as Vice President and General Counsel at First West Credit Union starting in March 2022.

Barinder Sidhu completed a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of Windsor in 2006. In 2008, they obtained a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Waterloo. Barinder then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and a Juris Doctorate (JD) at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law from 2007 to 2010.
