Deb Gildersleeve

Deb Gildersleeve has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Deb is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at FIRST, a global brand experience agency. Prior to that, they held the same position at Quickbase. Deb has also worked at Pitney Bowes as the VP of Business Unit IT, where they oversaw IT operations for the Presort business unit. Deb held the position of CIO at Potoo®, where they expanded and transformed the IT team. At Gartner, Deb held multiple roles, including GVP of IT Infrastructure and Operations, GVP of Enterprise Information Management, Interim CIO, and Program Director. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Wellington Management Company, a Principal Consultant at IBM Global Services and PwC, a Consultant at Credit Suisse, and a Consultant at Unisys. Deb's extensive experience covers areas such as IT leadership, infrastructure management, data engineering, project management, and vendor negotiation.

Deb Gildersleeve holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems from Northeastern University. Deb also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Applied Mathematics from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI in May 2005.
