Katie Currell has extensive work experience in strategic partnerships, sourcing, global procurement, business development, and procurement management. katie most recently worked as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Sourcing at FIRST. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Global Procurement at Absolute Software and the Director of Global Procurement at VICE Media. Katie also worked as the Director of Business Development at OCP Capital LLC and as a Principal Consultant at Midlantic Consulting, LLC, where they focused on business development and process optimization for various clients. katie has previous experience in procurement at Pret A Manger, Brookdale Senior Living, and US Foods.

Katie Currell has a degree in Business Psychology from DePaul University. katie also attended George Washington High School. In addition to their formal education, Katie has obtained several certifications, including Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster from Harvard Extension School, Effective Negotiation Professional from KARRASS, Green Belt from International Standard for Lean Six Sigma (ISLSS), and IFS Logistics-Supply Chain Global Market Standards Certification from IFS - International Featured Standards.
