Cindy Trout Bailey

Cindy Trout Bailey is an accomplished banking and marketing professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Banking Center Manager at First Bank since October 2021, Cindy previously held roles at The Bank of Fincastle as Marketing Director and Marketing Specialist from April 2016 to November 2021. Additionally, Cindy co-owns The Pie Lady of Baileywick Farm LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing operations in gourmet chicken pie production. Experience also includes managing educational programs at Ikenberry Orchards, significantly increasing student participation, and creating a successful produce business at Bean Head Produce. Earlier career highlights include a marketing officer role at Signet Bank, where Cindy managed marketing for 46 branches. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Tech and an Advanced Diploma from Patrick Henry High School.
