Debbie Garcia

Debbie Garcia is currently employed as the New Accounts manager at FirstBank. Debbie has over ten years of experience in the banking industry, having previously worked as a branch manager at R-G Premier Bank from January 1997 to January 2007. In their previous role, Debbie was responsible for managing and developing new commercial accounts, successfully implementing plans to increase operational excellence, building relationships with customers, and training and developing staff. Debbie is a highly motivated individual who is dedicated to their work. Debbie is an excellent communicator and presenter, and is often asked to represent the bank at sales and marketing events. Debbie is a valuable asset to FirstBank, and their experience and skills have helped the bank grow and succeed.

Debbie Garcia has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras in Accounting.
