Megan Davis

Megan Davis is currently the New Accounts at FirstBank. Megan has been with the company since July 2011 and has been in their current position since May 2016. Prior to their current position, they were the Assistant Vice President - Learning and Development at FirstBank. In this role, they were responsible for managing and redeveloping the FirstBank Learning and Development department with a focus on making learning accessible for 2300 employees in 3 states. This included the selection and implementation of a Learning Management System and redevelopment and direct oversight of a corporate management training program.

Before joining FirstBank, Megan was a Secondary Math Teacher at the Contemporary Learning Academy from August 2008 to May 2011 where they supervised a team of twenty-five to plan programs for 160 incoming corps members during summer institute. Prior to that, they were a Secondary Math Teacher at Teach for America from January 2006 to December 2008 where they were chosen from an applicant pool of 19,000, demonstrating principles of leadership, perseverance, strong critical thinking skills, organization, interpersonal skills, and vision.

Megan Davis has a graduate degree in education from The University of Pennsylvania and a BBA, BS in finance and speech communication from The University of Georgia.

Megan Davis reports to Tania Welch, Teller Supervisor. Megan Davis works with Payton Calder - Teller, Chloe Sherrill - P/T Administrative Assistant, and Lacey Bradford - New Accounts.
