Oliver Owens

Oliver Owens has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Oliver began their career in 2004 at the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development, where they worked as a Graduate Trainee and later as a Policy Officer. In 2007, they joined Network Rail as an Assistant Project Manager and then transitioned to the role of Senior Investment Analyst. In 2012, Oliver joined First Group as a Bid Analysis Manager. Oliver then moved to Great Western Railway (GWR) in 2016, serving as the Deputy Commercial Director & Head of Revenue Management. Currently, they hold the position of Project Director at FirstGroup plc, a role they have held since 2023.

Oliver Owens completed a Bachelor of Economics with Honours at the University of Sydney from 2000 to 2003.
