Rajendra Penna is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience in business development and leadership roles across various technology firms. Currently serving as the Head of Business Development for FirstHive in North America since August 2022, Rajendra oversees alliances, marketing, sales operations, and other business development initiatives. As the Founder and President of Precelor, Inc. since February 2008, Rajendra has focused on delivering Offshore Product Development services. Additionally, as the Country Head for B2R Technologies Pvt. Ltd since October 2013, Rajendra has been instrumental in expanding operations in the USA. Rajendra's past roles include Director of Customer Success at iTexico, Partner at Saama Technologies, and various leadership positions at SuperSolutions, StreetOne, Caritor, Indus Software, and Ashok Leyland Information Technology. Rajendra holds an MBA in Marketing and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Osmania University.
