Kristin Carlton

Kristin Carlton has extensive experience in the compliance and client services field. From 2005 to 2018, they worked at Compli, Inc., starting as the Vice President of Client Services and later transitioning to become the Vice President of Compliance. In these roles, they were responsible for researching and staying up-to-date with regulatory changes in alcoholic beverage laws and regulations. Additionally, they worked closely with wine, beer, and spirits producers and importers to develop effective strategies for product market entry. Since 2018, they have been serving as the Head of Compliance at Firstleaf.

Kristin Carlton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fashion Merchandising from the American College in London, completing their studies between 1985 and 1988.
