Veronica Gonzalez

Veronica Gonzalez has extensive work experience in the senior living industry. Veronica started their career with Kisco Senior Living in 1995, where they served as the Assisted Living Director for 25 years until 2020. Veronica then joined Watermark Retirement Communities in Napa, California, as the Resident Care Director from July 2020 to December 2020. In 2021, they became the Director of Health and Wellness at Elegance Living, where they worked until June 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Client Services at FirstLight Home Care, starting from July 2022.

Veronica Gonzalez attended Napa Valley College, where they studied to become a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse. Veronica has also obtained certifications as a Certified Dementia Practitioner from the NATIONAL COUNCIL OF CERTIFIED DEMENTIA PRACTITIONERS, LLC, and as an RCFE administrator from the California Department of Social Services.
