James W. Kennedy

James W. Kennedy has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Plant Records/GIS Manager at FirstLight Fiber since July 2011, and previously held the role of Senior Fiber Splicer/Lead GIS. Prior to this, James was the Owner/Fiber Splicer at American Pulse Communications from June 2007 to July 2011, providing independent fiber splicing services. James also worked as a Triple Play Installer/Supervisor for Advanced Broadband Communications from March 2005 to May 2007 and held positions as Lead Coax Splicer/Fiber Splicer at Partners Communications Services Inc. and Coax/Trunk Splicer at Winn Caribe Communications Inc. before that. Educational qualifications include an Associates of Occupational Studies in Automotive Technology from Universal Technical Institute, Inc. obtained between 1995 and 1996.
